The Fit Fabulous & Fahn is only but a few weeks old and I’m already finding it hard to post on a weekly basis. In fact, this is the first post I’ve written in three weeks. Every Friday for the last few weeks, I have opened my WordPress account to write a profound and motivating Fit Fabulous & Fahn post and the words escape me completely. I know that it shouldn’t be this hard to write about this journey but honestly… I got that -itis! You know what I mean.
The -itis you get at the end of a very loooooooooong semester of school. That -itis one gets after inhaling a yummy Thanksgiving dinner. The -itis brought on by Monday blues and cheerful Fridays. Well the -itis I got is that I don’t wanna work out or be bothered with going to the gym fuck eating healthy -itis. As I have mentioned numerous times before, I’m lazy as fuck. I quickly lose the ganas to do anything if I have too much of a break in between sessions. In the last few weeks, my boo has been working really odd shifts so it threw me off completely. Therefore guess what I did?! If you guessed slept in later instead of being at the gym at 06:00 sharp, you indeed correct.
I’m suuuuuuuuuuuuch a horrid person. Do I regret it? Yes of course because I feel like a 400-pound beached whale with feet. Ugh imagine the horrid sight that would actually be if that really existed? And my eating habits during this -itis period have NOT been on point. I’ve just been so incredibly… Lazy lately. What makes matter worse for me is that work is about to get turnt up is that how you youngstas talk nowadays lol because college football is about to start the week of Monday, August 25th. running around the coffeehouse screaming like a little bitch
So here’s the dealio… I have a deadline of December 20th to lose some weight. Since I “took time off” I cannot very well expect to lose 50 lbs. I just can’t. I’m sure it’s possible but I know how I can be and I have to be realistic about what I can and cannot do. So instead of posting every Friday, I think I’ll post Fit Fabulous & Fahn whenever so it doesn’t feel quite so forced and maybe I’ll have more to update you guys on. At least that’s the plan. But I will attempt to post more healthy eating, motivational quotes and bust a damn move music.
